What is the Cause of Diabetes?
The cause of Diabetes is the lack of nutrition and exercise. This mostly pertains to those with type 2 diabetes. The health of your body is a direct guild to the health of your life. Type 1 diabetes or even juvenile diabetes have found to be linked to genetics. It is possible we all carry the genetic code to become diabetic. But science is finding more and more reason that nutrition may be the solution that we all are looking for.
My Diabetic Family
In my family my brother is a type 1 diabetic and my sister was a type 2 diabetic. Doctors now speculate that my younger brother was always a diabetic. That would account for the mood swings and violent temper sometimes. But we just that it was Mark being Mark. Today Mark is a Type 1 Diabetic and will be insulin dependent for the rest of his life. So what did we miss? How did the doctors and my parents not realize that he could have been a diabetic, even back then. I would say a lot had to do with his diet. As a family we ate a lot of healthy balanced meals. There was always breakfast, brown bag lunch, and a balanced dinner. Maybe with just diet alone we were able to mask most of the symptoms. Then my niece is born and diagnose with juvenile diabetes. I think this is when this disease really hit home with me. There is nothing that breaks your heart more then looking at a little girl with band-aids on two to four of her fingers. I started looking for answers and solutions. I thought that I now stand a chance of developing adult onset diabetes. This led me to Reliv and nutrition. Today I am thankful that this was brought into my life and I will never live a day with out my Reliv shake.
